Notice: Purchase of any Texas Furnace product over the Internet, through Internet auction sites, or other unapproved sources automatically voids the warranty for that product.
These instructions are for the use of qualified individuals trained and experienced in the installation of HVAC equipment and related components. Installation and service personnel are required by some states to be licensed.
Product RegistrationTo be eligible for warranty, furnaces, mini-split systems and condensers must be registered with Texas Furnace.

Return Goods AuthorizationTo receive warranty credit, authorized distributors must fax in the RGA form to begin the warranty process. After review, the form will be faxed back with Texas Furnace's decision of whether or not to accept the warranty claim along with an RGA number. No product will be accepted for return or credit without an acceptance of the warranty claim and issuance of an RGA number.
