RETURNED GOOD AUTHORIZATION (RGA) PROCEDURE

Completion and submission of this information will allow Texas Furnace to determine the eligibility of the component of part for replacement warranty. In order for Texas Furnace to process the information in a timely manner, please provide complete information. Products must be warranted through a wholesale distributor that has an open account with Texas Furnace. Once the information is received by Texas Furnace, a determination of eligibility for warranty will be made and if the product is eligible for warranty, a Return Authorization will be provided to the requesting wholesaler with shipping instructions
