Warranty Information
Notice: Purchase of any Texas Furnace product over the Internet, through Internet auction sites, or other unapproved sources automatically voids the warranty for that product.
Texas Furnace offers limited warranties for the following products: Coils, Air Handlers, Condensers, Gas Furnaces, and Mini-Split Systems. See the following pages for complete information concerning these warranties. All warranty information subject to change without notice.
Product Registration
To be eligible for warranty, furnaces, mini-split systems and condensers must be registered with Texas Furnace. You can register your product by mailing this form to:

Return Goods Authorization
To receive warranty credit, authorized distributors must fax in the RGA form to begin the warranty process. After review, the form will be faxed back with Texas Furnace's decision of whether or not to accept the warranty claim along with an RGA number. No product will be accepted for return or credit without an acceptance of the warranty claim and issuance of an RGA number.
